‘ For which one of you by worrying will be able to make her life better if you can’t do that then why struggle to worry’?  Eighty percent of the world’s population lives below their worth because of worry. Worry is a spoiler of one’s destiny. You are made to feel you need to take care of certain things before your work can be successful so you begin to worry.

Dear friend, worrying is a deep trap to failure. We all are blessed with great resources to develop our lives and worry for sure is not one of the resources. Today, we need to see how we can eliminate worry in order to be more productive. There are various aspects of this problem, but I’ll focus on the spiritual and psychological aspects.

Spiritually, we can find in the bible where it is written ‘casting all your cares on Him because He cares for you’.  ‘Him’ here, refers to God, the Father Almighty. We are made to understand that God has provided us with all things and has guaranteed us the grace to cast all our problems on Him, hence, no man should worry. The moment we understand the impact of this verse, worry will no longer exist in our lives because we have a great shield to pour out our problems on.

The psychological aspect focuses on taking things easy and not bombarding things up. It also includes not worrying about what will happen to us in 2050 while we are presently in 2015. Many people don’t live long because all they do is worry, worry and worry. You need to rest enough, calm down and face your fears step by step.

Personally, I used to tag myself as a ‘worrier’ but now I have discovered that my worries only degrade my life but never upgrade it. Stop worrying and start living life to the fullest!
