Early this week, I got a call from a friend of mine inviting me to the Bantu studio for a fashion show. I was excited and told her I would think about it. I thought about it and decided to show up at least for just one day because the show was to last for four days. I decided to come on the second day but unfortunately, the vibe to attend the show was killed when my friends decided not to attend the show due to various reasons. On the third day, I decided to go with a friend, then at the time we were meant to go, she called and gave an excuse for not attending the show. I almost lost my vibe again but I was determined to go and meet people. It did not take great stress to locate the building and in a few seconds I was walking through the doors of the studio. I met with the owner of the studio and waited to see my friend who works at the studio. I had few minutes to scribble points for my write-ups. As soon as my friend arrived, we exchanged greetings and checked out the dresses that were on sale. I saw nice dresses that looked good on me but I had no money to purchase them. My initial thoughts were about the clothes but my attention was diverted to the people with great minds around me. I listened to songs and also to the people around talk.
In general, the hours I spent at the studio was not wasted. I also did hair styles for the new friends I made there and I had my eyebrows drawn for the first time. I left the studio after spending about four hours and went off for another program. It was really wonderful being at the studio and I know that soon I will return to the Bantu studio to do something really splendid . Thanks so much to Aisa who invited me to the great show.
I enjoyed it 🙂
